FROM VISION TO EXECUTION: Pulling Off a High-Impact National Sales Meeting in
Six Months
With just six months to plan, I led the charge in producing a high-impact national sales meeting for over 1,000 attendees—where every detail had to drive business objectives while delivering an unforgettable experience. As the lead event producer, I orchestrated complex logistics, streamlined stakeholder communications, and aligned cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Balancing executive expectations with creative vision, I worked closely with internal marketing teams and vendors to bring the event to life—turning strategy into an engaging, high-energy experience that inspired and delivered results.

The first challenge for this event was securing a venue on short notice in a post-COVID landscape, requiring creative problem-solving and a wide-reaching search. After sending out over 75 RFPs, we secured a central location that accommodated all key meetings, meals, and events on one property, and made the decsion to spread guests out across multiple hotels.

With a packed agenda of keynotes, breakout sessions, and brand activations, meticulous planning was critical. I worked closely with production teams to deliver high-impact general sessions, ensured breakout spaces fostered meaningful discussions, and strategically positioned activations to maximize engagement.

Managing hotel blocks across multiple properties, I led teams to create a seamless guest experience—ensuring smooth transportation, efficient registration, and high-touch service throughout the event.
