Bringing together two powerhouse beverage alcohol companies, this high-energy, three-day event hosted over 1,000 distributors and sales team memebers for an immersive deep dive into the latest products, marketing strategies, and brand innovations. With 50+ activations packed into just a few days, the event wasn’t just about education—it was about creating an unforgettable experience that inspired and energized industry partners while driving future sales.

As the lead event strategist for this event, I oversaw the end-to-end planning and execution, managed the collaboration between all cross-functional teams, and oversaw the coordination between all key stakeholders across two parent companies. I worked closely with executive leadership to shape the agenda, content, and strategy, ensuring each activation and event aligned with key business objectives for both companies.
Aligning objectives between both companies and ensuring seamless execution—all while staying within budget—made this event both a challenge and a major success, leaving a lasting impact on the attendees.
