PRESIDENTS CLUB TRIP
SICILY, ITALY
Bringing together 100 top-performing distributor owners, C-suite executives, and state managers for an elite Presidents Club trip in Taormina, Sicily, was a complex and rewarding challenge. As the lead event planner, I managed every aspect from initial planning to on-site execution, including optimizing of a multi-million dollar event budget, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience. This event was designed to set a new industry standard, creating an incentive so desirable that it became the trip to win over any other in the industry.

Executing a high-profile B2B luxury incentive at this scale required meticulous coordination across multiple time zones, teams, and key client stakeholders. I oversaw all travel logistics, including chartering a private jet and securing special permissions for a first-of-its-kind landing at Catania Airport.
Working closely with teams in both the U.S. and Italy, I ensured clear communication, efficient problem-solving, and flawless execution from start to finish.
